URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT! Gig cancellation... The Daisies really aren't having much luck. We have tried everything to make this work again but we have to think safety first. Unbelievably, another band member is now suffering with Covid which means that, for a second time, we will have to postpone our NHS/Emergency Services gig which was scheduled for this coming Saturday 13th Aug. Whilst it is no longer a legal requirement to self isolate, we could not in all good conscience do a gig to thank our wonderful emergency services whilst knowing a band member was still testing positive for Covid. We are so gutted. We have been so unlucky with Covid in the band and needing to cancel gigs. It honestly breaks our hearts because we work so hard to do what we do and it means the world to us to play together. We will regroup and bring you a new date as soon as we can. We want to thank Newclose for being so very patient and accommodating to us. Please share this if you know anyone who was planning to come to the gig. We'd hate people to turn up and be disappointed. Covid ripped our industry apart from March 2020 and its still doing damage now. Please support your local artists. They still need you. Our love and thanks
